Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in new, unused condition and with original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted before the window closes to be eligible.
If a shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours so we can coordinate with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
Final-sale items, custom orders, or installed products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Electronics or lighting that shows signs of installation may be ineligible for return.
Special-order items are non-returnable unless the manufacturer approves an exception.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Processing time can vary by payment provider and bank.
If we issue store credit, it will be emailed to the address on file.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
We recommend insured shipping with tracking for all returns.
Items returned without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or configuration, we can exchange the item subject to availability. Exchange shipping costs may apply.
We may require the original item to be inspected before sending the replacement.
Refund Deductions
Returns that show use or missing packaging may be subject to a restocking fee based on the condition received.
Damage caused by improper packaging is the sender’s responsibility.
