We only carry brands with clear, documented warranty policies.
What Is Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Coverage does not include damage from improper installation, accidents, abuse, or modifications outside product guidelines.
Wear items are typically excluded unless a defect is confirmed by the manufacturer.
Normal cosmetic wear, finish changes, or surface oxidation are not usually covered.
How to File a Claim
Email support with your order number, product SKU, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We will coordinate with the manufacturer and keep you updated.
If requested, we may ask for installation receipts or proof of proper maintenance.
We will confirm whether a return authorization is needed before any items are shipped.
Resolution
Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or credit per manufacturer policy. Shipping costs for warranty returns are assessed case by case.
We provide status updates during the process so you always know the next step.
If a replacement is not available, we will offer the closest approved alternative or a credit.
Installation Standards
Professional installation is recommended for complex parts. If a product requires calibration or tuning, follow the manufacturer’s instructions to maintain coverage.
Always follow torque specs and alignment procedures where required.
Warranty Exceptions
Products used in racing or off-road competition environments may have limited or no coverage depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
Some electrical products require proof of proper wiring and fusing.
Transferability
